People with best BIM implementation practices, professional ethicality and work dedication is missing in current local BIM execution companies.
We personally researched and found that there are very few subcontractors who do a good job in BIM execution for MEPFS modeling.
Attention to detail and design is missing in the BIM modeling teams and the design intent can be missed in the final execution. Our team managers are always Architects and we make sure two rounds of QAQC is completed before any thing is delivered.
